The International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics (IAGG) is pleased to announce its 23rd World Congress, scheduled to take place from July 5 to 8, 2026, at the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Under the theme “Ageing Well in a Globalised World,” this event will bring together researchers, policymakers, care professionals, NGOs, and other stakeholders from around the globe to explore innovative solutions that enhance the health, well-being, and independence of older adults.

Hosted by the Dutch Society for Gerontology (NVG-KNOWS), the Netherlands Clinical Geriatrics Society (NVKG), and the Dutch professional organisation of Nurse Practitioners in Geriatrics and Gerontology (V&VN-GG), the conference aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and share cutting-edge developments in the field of gerontology and geriatrics.
