Taiuani Marquine Raymundo

Director of Communication

Taiuani Marquine Raymundo is a Brazilian Occupational Therapist graduated from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP – 2010). She received her Master of Science in Bioengineering at the University of Sao Paulo (USP) with her dissertation entitled “Acceptance of technologies by the elderly” (2013). She received her PhD in the same area and in the same university with her thesis entitled “Use of technological equipment and information and communication technologies by workers aged 50 or over in their activities” (2017). Since February 2015 is Professor of Occupational Therapy Department at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and Coordinator of the Open University of Maturity at UFPR since 2018. Founding partner of the Brazilian Society of Gerontechnology (SBGTec) acting as president of the Scientific Committee and actually is Director of Communication on the Executive Committee of the International Society of Gerontechnology (ISG). Have experience in Occupational Therapy with an emphasis on Gerontology, working mainly in the following sub-areas: Gerontechnology (Digital Inclusion Projects for older people), Healthy Aging, Cognitive Aging and Cognitive Interventions.
